About Us

Atomic Projects is a Sydney-based remedial building contractor specialising in facade remediation, concrete and structural repairs, waterproofing, balcony remediation, brick and render repairs, cladding replacement, and roof repairs.

We hold a Class 2 Registered Building Practitioner licence and are listed on the NSW Government’s buy.nsw panel.

We work directly with strata managers, owners corporation committees, strata lawyers, and structural engineers across Greater Sydney — managing everything from single-defect repairs to full-building capital works programs.

Every project is scoped, supervised, and delivered by our in-house team, with no handoffs to subcontractors you haven’t approved.

Our remedial work is backed by Tier 1 product systems from manufacturers including Fatra, Ardex, Sika, and Fosroc, and documented with pre- and post-works photographic records on every job.
