Civic Legal supports strata companies, strata managers, lot owners and developers by providing clear and practical legal advice.

We provide advice and representation on all aspects of strata law including managing strata, handling disputes, drafting and reviewing by-laws, selling or developing strata titled properties, sub-division and termination of schemes.

Civic Legal is one of only a handful of law firms in Western Australia which has a deliberate focus on strata law. Our work in strata law is supported by our experience in property, contracts and litigation work. This includes acting for clients in the State Administrative Tribunal.

Anthony Quahe, Managing Principal, is a member of both the Australian College of Strata Lawyers and the Strata Communities Association WA Inc.
