We are fully licensed (category – Builder) and carry all mandatory insurances including HBCF (home warranty insurance). Typical works in strata buildings include fire doors, fire stopping, balustrade upgrades, compartmentation, intumescent painting, fire detection systems, hydrants/FHR’s, sprinkler systems, associated general building works – any works required to satisfy a Fire Order or voluntary upgrade.
