Leary & Partners has a long-term involvement with strata titled and retirement village complexes, which dates back to 1977. We service one of the largest strata titled and retirement village asset reporting portfolios in Australia.

To date our company has prepared reports on more than 14,000 strata titled buildings around Australia including Central Park (Sydney), Q1 (Surfers Paradise), Dockside (Brisbane), Yarra’s Edge (Melbourne) and Observation Rise (Perth). We have provided more than 34,000 individual reports to strata owners.
