1. YOUR WORK ORDERS
All work orders are actioned within 60 minutes, with urgent jobs being actioned immediately.
We confirm and acknowledge receipt of the work order and enter the job details into our work management system.
We operate to your workflow; some clients like to be informed every step of the way, others are just confident knowing their job is being completed. Either way, we happily accommodate to best suit our clients.
2. ARRANGE & DISCUSS
Our fast-working Coordinators arrange access with all parties, such as owners, tenants’, agents and building managers. We cross T’s and dot I’s by getting all the facts and information regarding the work and location.
3. SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT
Safety is our first priority, for our clients, tradesmen and the public.
Our technicians have the equipment and training to carry out work in a safe and controlled environment that complies with WH&S and Work Cover laws. They complete safe work method statements for all jobs and regularly undertake safety training. Our safety awards can attest to this.
4. REPORT, UPDATE & CLEAN UP
You are kept informed. From work progress to detailed reports and invoices, we keep you up to date on the job progress.
We clean up. It’s the preparation and finished job that makes the difference, from protecting the units with drop sheets through to vacuuming the work area, you can be confident we take pride in leaving work areas clean, disinfected and rubbish free!
