With over 43 years of in-house Insurance and property damage restoration experience, it is Pircsa’s mission to mitigate, remediate and restore properties and content items that have been damaged by Water, Fire, Smoke, Mould, Illicit drug residue and other types of loss events.

Controlled strip out, structural drying, decontamination of fire, mould and chemical contaminants. Post remediation verification, project management and consulting services to property owners, property managers, the insurance industry and their clients.

We service both commercial and domestic markets, dealing with all types of events from small water damage incidents to major loss fires. We understand the complexities of Strata and general property insurance claims; as a result, we are well placed to manage and deal with your project
