Specializing in client-side project management, we assist Strata Managers and Owners Corporations with building refurbishments, upgrades, defects management, and remedial repairs. Fire Safety Upgrade & Orders:
Utilize our extensive experience in Fire Compliance and Safety. We oversee fire safety upgrades and address fire orders for both commercial and residential properties. Our strategic approach enables us to negotiate modifications to orders, accommodating longer lead times for design, procurement, and funding. Additionally, we can assist with voluntary fire upgrades, providing Owners with the flexibility to set their own timelines. We work closely with the design team to create comprehensive designs endorsed by the council.
Defects Management:
At PMSA, we specialize in managing defects remediation processes for Owners Corporations. We collaborate with Strata Managers, legal representatives, and expert witnesses to negotiate optimal outcomes with builders and developers. Our representation ensures that works are completed according to expert directives and regulatory requirements. We also support in navigating the SBBIS and Project Intervene processes.
Remedial Upgrades:
PMSA provides comprehensive assistance to strata managers and building owners in managing remedial building projects. From facade refinishing to concrete spalling repairs, we oversee the entire project, engage engineers, develop specifications, manage tendering, ensure DBPA compliance, and implement quality assurance measures. Our goal is to deliver efficient upgrades that enhance building systems’ performance and longevity.
Service Upgrades:
We assist building owners in managing various service upgrades, including fire services, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, EV charging infrastructure retrofits, and lift upgrades. Our approach ensures ongoing serviceability, compliance, and futureproofing of assets.
