With more than 19 years’ experience managing a diverse portfolio across the Sydney metropolitan area, including residential, mixed-use, commercial and industrial schemes, Premium Strata is recognised for delivering high-efficacy, hands-on strata management.

Premium Strata has built a reputation for resolving issues rather than simply acting as a post box, providing strong leadership and practical solutions for strata communities.

Our philosophy prioritises quality over quantity. By maintaining smaller portfolio sizes for each Sydney-based licensed strata manager, we are able to deliver a higher level of proactive, personalised and responsive service.

Our team is also highly experienced in managing complex matters such as building defects, remedial works and arrears. We actively support schemes through insurance claims, legal reviews and settlement negotiations, while assisting in coordinating experts and contractors involved in rectification works to protect the long-term interests of owners and preserve the building’s assets.
