Accounting

Your accounts are looked after by a Certified Public Accountant who specialises in Strata Accounting. Your accounts are handled by our team in Australia and are not issued to any off shore third party. (this is something many of our competitor do without disclosure).

Strata Community Association Qld Member (SCA)

SCA (Qld) puts emphasis on its members’ professionalism, hence requiring every member practising in body corporate management to maintain a high standard of ethical and professional conduct as outlined by its Code of Conduct.
Vision Strata is a Corporate Member of SCA. Our Senior Manager is a Certified Strata Manager Member. Our Principal Body Corporate Manager is a member of the SCA Education Committee that provides training conducted by SCA.
